With a passion for motoring that dates back to building cars at the age of 14, I have transitioned from home builds to a professional career within the Volkswagen Audi Group. Now a fully qualified Bentley Technician, I leverage a lifetime of technical experience and a rigorous approach to automotive excellence to maintain the highest standards of vehicle performance and customisation.

"WE FABRICATE"
At GT3RR , we pride ourselves on quality, Precision Engineering, Master Craftsmanship, with no Compromise.
The Bespoke Standard, where we believe that "custom" shouldn't mean "compromised." Every project that leaves our shop is a testament to durability, safety, and elite-level finish.
If you’re ready to take your build beyond the bolt-on catalogue and into the realm of true custom fabrication, you have found the right place.
"A WELDER DOESNT JUST JOIN METALS,...HE FUSES IDEAS AND DREAMS TOGETHER"
With Our Core Expertise in Custom Fabrication & Welding From structural strengthening to one-off artistic components, we provide expert MIG and TIG welding services. We work with a variety of metals to ensure every bead is as strong as it is clean.
TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, technically known as
Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), is a precision arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld. It is widely considered the most versatile but also one of the most difficult welding techniques to master.
Key Benefits and Use Cases
-
Precision and Quality: Produces the cleanest, highest-quality welds with no spatter and minimal smoke.
-
Material Versatility: Can weld a vast range of metals including stainless steel, aluminium, magnesium, copper, and titanium.
-
Thin Materials: Excellent for thin sheet metal where other processes might blow through the material.
-
Aesthetics: Known for the "stack of dimes" appearance, making it the top choice for visible welds on custom cars, bikes,
-
and aerospace components
MIG welding, or Metal Inert Gas welding -
Metal Inert Gas welding, is a popular arc welding process officially known as Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW). It is widely considered the easiest method for beginners to learn due to its semi-automated nature and versatility across various metals.
Key Benefits and Use Cases -
The process uses a continuously fed solid wire electrode that travels through a welding gun. When the trigger is pulled, an electric arc forms between this wire and the metal workpiece, melting both to create a "weld pool" that fuses the parts together. Simultaneously, an inert shielding gas (typically Argon, CO2, or a mix) is released from the gun to protect the molten pool from atmospheric contaminants like oxygen, which would otherwise weaken the joint.
BESPOKE BUILDS
At GT3RR, we don’t just build vehicles; we re-engineer them from the ground up. Specialising in high-performance custom builds, we bridge the gap between visionary design and structural excellence, with modern performance overhaul, our mission is to deliver vehicles that perform as good as they look.
Our Bespoke Vehicle Builds we adapt your vision that we hand craft, with a conceptual approach to every build, ensuring that every bracket, panel, and modification is tailored to the specific needs of the project.
EXHAUST SYSTEMS
At BC Fab, we don’t just build exhausts; we engineer soundtracks. Specialising in premium bespoke stainless steel systems,
we combine precision TIG welding with high-grade materials to deliver performance, durability, and a flawless finish.
Whether you’re looking for a subtle upgrade or an aggressive custom race set up roar, every system is handcrafted in-house to meet your exact specifications.
We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship with each bespoke built system.
